Home Staging

Selling your home can be difficult, I  offer a quick and cost effective restyle of key areas in your property in order to ensure a quick sale and maximise your return.

Kitchen or bathroom design & refurbishment

These are key high traffic areas in the home and are often not used or displayed to their full potential. I can design and create a bathroom or kitchen to suit all budgets. The result will be a bespoke space that offers style and personality, a place  for the way you live.

Room redesign

A room can often get left behind and as styles change and families grow a room can often date or no longer be suited to you. Within a few weeks I will create a great space that not only meets  your needs but  truly reflects your style and personality.

Finishing touches

Adding some simple finishing touches and adjusting the soft furnishing is often all that is needed to bring harmony and rhythm to a room. This can be provided as a shopping list or can be completed on your behalf.

Office space

How is it possible to spend so many hours a week in a space that is so uninspiring and sterile? The office should be a hub of activity that supports its taskforce to be creative and maximise their full potential. This can be achieved by simply addressing  the atmosphere and mood and making some neccessary adjustments. This could be as easy as a coat of paint, some soft furnishing or some sound storage solutions.

The Design Process

All of the services on offer start with an intial free consultation.

Initial Consultation

This is where the brief is created, a detailed questionnaire is completed about the purpose and function of the space,  what is hoped to be achieved and your individual interests and style is discovered.

From this meeting we can decide which  package best suits your needs.

Within a few weeks a  3D floorplan is designed around the elements of design and this enables you to visualise the space and focus on any specific areas that need to be addresed. A mood board is created to give a feel for  the colours, textures and patterns in the space and in order to demonstrate the mood or atmosphere that will be created. This will be presented to you with a list of key pieces that need to be included to complete the design. If an item is in the wrong price bracket or really isn't to your taste then this is an opportunity to ensure we are both on the same page.

Following our second meeting we then discuss and finalise the design and alter any elements that do not suit. A plan is drawn up of the project outline including time frames, scheduled meetings and outcome.

Prices will vary depending how big the project is and what time frame it will take to be achieved.
